<Synopsis>
We have invited Asako Takakura, manager of Japan’s female soccer team, to speak about her life as a female athlete and soccer manager on the world stage, and discuss the future of women’s soccer. Drawing on her insights as a soccer player and manager, Takakura will discuss how she leveraged her physical abilities in a globalized world to gain transnational experience, and offer her views on women’s soccer as a culture.
